1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account with EMP Academy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid tiers are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform: no unauthorised access attempts, no reselling or redistributing course content, and no abusive or unlawful use of the AI Mentor or community features.

5. Intellectual property

All course content, assessments, and platform materials remain the property of EMP Academy. Your own submissions (tasks, portfolio entries, community posts) remain yours, but you grant us a licence to store and display them as part of the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

7. Limitation of liability

EMP Academy provides educational content and guidance, including AI-generated recommendations. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice, and outcomes are not guaranteed.
